  1. How To Enter: Visit the official website, 50millionpounds.com from April 24, 2008, thru May 15, 2008, register and use the “Tell a Friend” link to notify and encourage others to sign up and join The Challenge. Each person who joins The Challenge on or before May 15, 2008, by registering for The Challenge using the link provided in the Tell a Friend invitation will count as an entry for the participant. You may invite as many friends as you wish. There is no limit to the number of unique Tell a Friend entries that may be submitted. All entries must have a date stamp of no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on May 15, 2008.

  2. Promotion Start and End Dates: Promotion begins on 4/24/08 at 12:01 a.m. CT. Entries can only be submitted as explained in Rule 1 above. All entries must be completed online or postmarked by 5/15/08 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

  3. Eligibility: Promotion open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older on 4/24/08. Employees and Agents of Sponsor, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm®”), and affiliated companies, its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each, employees of Agents of or State Farm, are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor or its parent and affiliated companies, and advertising agencies, are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at its sole discretion. By participating in this promotion, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Sponsor, and its advertising agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, misrouted, unregistered, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Sponsor is not responsible for trying to determine the location of a winner beyond the information provided and contained within the databases of the official site. Entries become the property of Sponsor. The official rules are posted on the official website. Void where prohibited by law.

  4. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received. Purchase of any products or services from Dr. Ian Smith or State Farm will not improve odds of winning.

  5. Prize Details: There will be three (3) winner s. A grand prize winner and second and third place winners. Winners will be announced on May 22, 2008.

    Grand Prize Winner will receive a Travel Get-a-Way Package to anywhere within the continental United States which includes:
    • 2 roundtrip coach airline tickets to the destination of the winner’s choice within the continental United States.
    • 1 (one) hotel room (double occupancy) for two days and three nights
    • 1 (one) $1000 State Farm Visa Card contingent upon travel.

    Winner is responsible for providing own ground transportation to and from each airport. Winner and guest must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Multiple destinations are not permitted. Prize package does not include meals or other amenities. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3000. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner. Prize package is not transferable. All federal and state taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the featured prize become unavailable. All prizes will be awarded. All travel must be completed by 11:59 p.m., May 31, 2009.

    Second Place Winner will receive:
    • 1 (one) $500 State Farm Visa Card
    Third Place Winner will receive:
    • 1 (one) $250 State Farm Visa Card

  6. Prize Delivery: Winner will be notified of prize qualification within 72 hours of selection. Winner will be responsible for following all confirmation instructions regarding the prize package.

  7. Drawing and Awarding of Prize(s): Winner will be determined by selecting the person with the most Tell a Friend referrals resulting in a valid registration from among all eligible contestants participating from the official website. In the event of a tie, the qualified participants will be entered into a drawing in which one winner will be chosen at random. Winners will be determined for the Tell a Friend Contest on or about May 19, 2008, and the winner will be announced on or about, May 22, 2008. We will provide the winners with official notifications in writing within 72 hours after the drawing. Representatives of Tukaiz, LLC, will conduct the actual drawing for the prize. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Winners will be notified individually Completion of a liability release will be required prior to prize actually being awarded. If prize winner fails to respond or cannot be located within three (3) business days after the official announcement, it will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall award the prize to the next eligible contestant. Prize notification or email returned as undeliverable will disqualify winner. In the liability release, winner will agree to release Sponsor, prize providers, other participating companies, their parent and affiliates, and their agencies from any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection with ownership, use or misuse of the prize. Winner is responsible for any and all state or federal taxes and other charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to; transportation, lodging, and surcharges incurred as a result of the awarded prizes. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded. Winners agree that their names or likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes in conjunction with this promotion without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

  8. Liability for Use of Prize: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor and affiliated companies, its advertising agencies, agents and employees of agents will be released and held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related in any way or sustained in connection with the acceptance, use or misuse, of the prize. The Sponsor, its employees, advertising agencies, or employees of agents have neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose or any instance of force majeure, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, overbookings, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God.

  9. Trademarks: Any trademarks used in this promotion are the property of the respective trademark owners and are used for identification purposes only.
